What does this mean for developers?

BNG is a compulsory requirement for nearly all new developments, this legislation orders developers to enhance the biodiversity of a site by at least 10% compared to the site’s pre-development state. This enhancement can be achieved either on-site, off-site, or through statutory credits. As an organisation we actively support developers in achieving this objective.

We work closely with our ecologist partners to meticulously design and establish open spaces that not only harmonise with and enhance the developers’ projects but also align with the BNG requirements.
