BTR provider, Leaf Living, has launched its latest innovation in partnership with Sky, delivering Ultrafast Broadband to all residents and providing a seamless move-in experience.
The integration of Sky Broadband enables the operation of cutting-edge smart home equipment provided by Leaf Living in every new home. All residents will benefit from Sky Ultrafast Broadband and access discounted rates for Sky Glass, Sky Q stream system, and Sky TV packages, as well as Sky Business customer support. Residents will also benefit from a range of intelligent devices, including the Hero Labs Sonic Valve smart leak detection system, a Hive Mini Thermostat and a Ring doorbell and chime for enhanced security. All these devices can be managed and monitored through a user-friendly mobile interface.
Tiffany Harrison, head of lettings at Leaf Living, said: “Leaf Living offers an alternative, secure and modern option for those looking to rent a family home. Partnering with Sky is our latest initiative to meet the needs of our residents. Ultrafast broadband allows residents to settle into their new home from the moment they move in.”
Louisa Dabbs, Sky national partnerships manager, said: “Today’s residents actively seek out properties that deliver a modern living experience with ease. Leaf Living homes cut the hassle with Sky Ultrafast broadband, keeping residents connected when moving into a new home. Residents can pick up where they left off the second they move in, especially important to busy families who might be working from home or using the internet for schoolwork. We’re pleased to work with Leaf Living to bring solutions to their properties that make life easier for all users.”
Leaf Living aims to provide family homes that offer flexibility and security for residents not typically found in traditional rental properties. Residents can select their preferred tenancy length from 12, 24, or 36 months, providing freedom and flexibility when choosing a tenancy option.
The BTR provider currently has homes to rent in four locations across the South East and is launching the latest phase of its North Whiteley development, between Portsmouth and Southampton, in January 2024.
