If you contact us and provide the names and companies you have referred to us, and we successfully secure the business, we will credit your service charge account with £250.

1) The £250 credit will be applied to your service charge account within three months of the start of the new contract.

2) A payment of £250 will be given only if English Estates secures the contract.

3) There is no limit to the number of companies you can refer to English Estates. A payment of £250 will be made for each company/scheme we take over the management of.
